Mary entra a far parte di Molecular Devices con oltre 25 anni di esperienza nel mercato delle scienze naturali, ricoprendo ruoli di crescente responsabilità nei settori vendite, marketing e gestione aziendale.

Prima di entrare a far parte di Molecular Devices, ha ricoperto il ruolo di Vicepresidente senior, Gestione commerciale presso Leica Biosystems, un’azienda Danaher. Prima di entrare in Danaher, Mary è stata AD e Presidente di Roka Bioscience e, prima ancora, Vicepresidente senior, Reparto vendite di Andor Technologies e Vicepresidente globale, Reparto vendite e marketing di PerkinElmer. Inoltre, in PerkinElmer, ha ricoperto il ruolo di Responsabile unità aziendale, imaging e rilevamento, dedicandosi in particolare al mercato della scoperta farmacologica e dello sviluppo di farmaci.

Ha conseguito una laurea in biochimica, presso la University of Massachusetts.

Hema Sundarraj serves as Chief Financial Officer of Molecular Devices, where she leads the global Finance organization to support strategic execution, accelerate growth, and strengthen financial and operational performance.

Most recently, she was Chief Financial Officer at Phenomenex, a Danaher operating company within the Life Sciences platform. In this role, she drove strong financial results and supported growth initiatives by enhancing working capital management, leading strategic investments, and advancing the company’s IT and eCommerce capabilities. She is also known for building high-performing, engaged teams.

Previously, Hema held senior finance leadership roles at Cepheid, Applied Materials, Nanometrics, Mattson Technology, and Sunpreme. Her experience spans public and private companies, as well as growth-stage organizations.

Hema holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur and is an inactive CPA in the state of California.

Lars Hartvig Kristiansen-Vice President, Product Innovation & Strategy at Molecular Devices

Vice President, Product Innovation & Strategy

Lars Hartvig Kristiansen is Vice President of Product Innovation & Strategy, responsible for leading strategic initiatives, driving innovation, and overseeing the global product management team. He leads cross-functional efforts to grow the business through M&A, licensing, and partnerships, while guiding strategic planning and execution across the company.

Lars brings over a decade of experience in life sciences and management consulting. At Agilent Technologies, he held senior roles across strategy, operations, and M&A, including leading strategic growth initiatives for the $4B Life Sciences group and most recently serving as General Manager, running the Global Automation Solutions P&L. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering from Aalborg University, with a focus on Technology Management and Supply Chain.

Dan Green - Vice President of Research and Development at Molecular Devices

Dan è stato nominato Vicepresidente del reparto Ricerca e sviluppo (R&S) nel giugno 2020. Precedentemente, ha svolto la funzione di Direttore senior del reparto R&S bioimaging da settembre 2018 e di Direttore senior del reparto Software da aprile 2015. Lavora alla Molecular Devices e in aziende da questa rilevate dal 1988, quando è entrato alla Universal Imaging Corporation come sviluppatore di software. Da allora, ha ricoperto una varietà di ruoli tecnici e direttivi con responsabilità crescenti. Dan ha ottenuto una laurea specialistica in Scienze informatiche presso l’Università dell’Illinois a Urbana-Champaign, e una laurea presso la Cornell University di Ithaca, NY.
Krishnapal Solanki - Vice President, DBS at Molecular Devices

In qualità di Vicepresidente - DBS, Krishnapal supervisiona tutti gli impegni di miglioramento continuo a livello globale in tutte le funzioni. Krishnapal è entrata a far parte di Molecular Devices nel novembre 2021 con oltre 13 anni di esperienza alla guida di varie funzioni in 3 diverse società operative di Danaher.

Il percorso di Krishnapal in Danaher è iniziato come cliente (ricerca nel campo delle scienze naturali), poi è diventata collaboratrice di Danaher presso Leica Microsystems come ingegnere senior dell’assistenza sul campo e ha lavorato in una serie di ruoli progressivi come supervisore regionale delle operazioni di assistenza sul campo, responsabile della crescita per le Americhe, responsabile senior delle vendite e del marketing presso Cepheid e, più recentemente, direttore dell’innovazione DBS presso Molecular Devices. Krishnapal è esperta e certificata negli strumenti di miglioramento dei processi di Danaher, come DM/VM, Gestione funnel e PSP, e ha facilitato e guidato workshop Kaizen per team trasversali in varie sedi Danaher. La sua esperienza lavorativa comprende l’installazione e la manutenzione di tutti i motori 3 DBS (Commerciale, Innovazione e Servizio) per guidare la crescita organizzativa complessiva. Krishnapal è anche coinvolta nelle attività di DE&I e ha ricoperto il ruolo di Responsabile del coinvolgimento dei membri presso Asian Descent + Friends ARG di Danaher da 2021-2022.

Krishnapal ha conseguito un Master in ingegneria biomedica presso la UT Arlington e il SW Medical Center di Dallas. Ha conseguito la laurea in ingegneria biomedica in India.

Lakshmi Sailaja Eleswarapu -Vice President, IT at Molecular Devices

As Vice President of IT for SCIEX, Molecular Devices, and Danaher Life Sciences, Lakshmi Eleswarapu champions global IT strategy, fostering technological innovation and organizational excellence. Her role extends to supporting the Danaher Life Sciences Innovation Group (LSIG) commercial team and contributing to the L1 team at Molecular Devices. Her tenure includes significant achievements in business transformation, M&A IT integrations, and diversity initiatives. Lakshmi's career spans 26 years in IT, with the last 16 years dedicated to Danaher, positioning her to drive future innovation and growth.

Lakshmi holds a Bachelor’s in Mathematics with Honors from SSSIHL University (India) and a Master’s in Computer Applications from Osmania University (India).

Ray Li, Vice President of Global Operations, Molecular Devices

Ray Li, Vice President of Global Operations, brings nearly 18 years of invaluable experience to Molecular Devices. Since joining in 2007 as a Manufacturing Engineer, Ray has held key roles including Production Manager, Production Manager & DBSL, Operations Manager, and Shanghai Plant General Manager, with Salzburg added to his responsibilities in 2022. In his new role, Ray will drive progress by enhancing operational efficiency and fostering innovation across global operations. Based in Shanghai, his extensive background and strategic vision make him a vital asset to our leadership team.

Tracy Clarke, Vice President of Service, brings over 30 years of experience in the laboratory and medical industry to Molecular Devices. With a remarkable 17-year tenure at Leica Biosystems, Tracy excels in building high-performing teams, managing complex projects, and driving continuous improvement. As Senior Director of Service at Leica, she led a team of 210 professionals, managed a $96M P&L, and consistently drove customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Tracy is committed to enhancing our customers’ experience, building service capabilities, fostering strong cross-functional relationships, and promoting an inclusive culture.

Tracy Clarke, holds a master’s degree in Veterinary Medical Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology & Cell Science from the University of Florida.

Yang Shi- Vice President, Global Commercial at Molecular Devices

Vice President, Global Commercial

Yang Shi, Ph.D., MBA, is Vice President of Global Commercial at Molecular Devices, where he leads a worldwide team spanning Sales, Field Applications, Customer Service, and Sales Operations. He brings extensive commercial leadership experience from across Danaher, including roles at SCIEX, Phenomenex, and Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT).

Most recently, he served as Vice President of Americas Sales at IDT and previously as Vice President of Global Sales at Phenomenex. Earlier in his career, Yang advanced scientific innovation as a Senior Scientist with Waters Corporation, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and the Sanford Burnham Institute.

Yang holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Yale University, an MBA from the University of Massachusetts–Amherst, and B.S. and M.S. degrees in Biochemical Engineering from Tianjin University.
